Terms of Use

Gotita is distributed through the App Store and its use is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). In addition, the following applies:

1. Not medical advice

Gotita helps you log and see how your baby feeds, sleeps and grows. Amounts, goals, references and charts are a guide based on general recommendations (such as the WHO's). Gotita is not a medical device, does not diagnose anything and does not replace your pediatrician's advice. If you have any concern about your baby's health, talk to a professional. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

2. Your account

An account is optional. If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your access secure and for the information you enter. Only share a baby with people you trust: they will be able to see and edit all of its data.

3. Gotita+

Some features require Gotita+, purchased on the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period, from your Apple account settings. Billing, renewals and refunds are handled by Apple.

4. Proper use

Don't use Gotita for illegal purposes, or try to access other people's data or interfere with the service.

5. Availability and liability

We try to keep Gotita working well, but we can't guarantee it will be free of errors or interruptions. We recommend creating an account if you don't want to lose your data. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of information in the app.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; we'll let you know in the app if a change is significant. They are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
